Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

Player ID 44704 will be punished for Gen Rule 6.15
When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone.
However Player ID 3177 will not be punished, Its not clear that He shoots on you.​
