Additional information

1. Leader of NG
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I want to be the leader of NG because I have lots of experience in the NG as a colonel I know all rulz and know how to run the org
2) I want to be a leader of NG because I am HC like Almost 5 terms I have worked in NG for almost 5 months
3) I've been in all Organisations through EN02 and have been in multiple organizations. I believe that I have great leadership skills and I'm more than ready to take the role of Leader in NG.
4) I am going to introduce new divisions and I make sure that every week we gonna keep a meeting with the Majors to know about their activities
5) I will make sure that all the soldiers will do gatekeeping and I gonna give them a bonus if they do gatekeeping and the soldiers will be active and show more interest to do gatekeeping.
6) I have knowledge about the real national guard and ill improve the national guard according to real NG!
7) if I become the national guard leader, I will implement many new policies in ng.

My advice for improving the role play level in the National Guard.

-New departs as I told that I will bring new departments like bonus dept, Rapid support forces.
- Make mass recruit in a week 3 times then there will be more people.
- NG is the Backbone of the city that's why NG should be stronger than other orgs I will keep 100% in the NG to make NG on top.
- I will recruit experienced and dedicated leaders for every department like AF, FTO, IA MP, and SOF IA- I will hire the best possible soldiers for this department who knows the rules of AF.
- I will make the leader who knows how to fly air vehicles.
Thanking you for reading my Application
