2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to become Leader of the NG because having More ecperiece in the NG nad worked as HC 4 months and got unlimited experience and i want to move next step and take
NG to the TOP of the City and i have most experienced persons who gonna help me with the departments and i have 15-30 people who gonna join the NG in 1 day
I will implement my own ideas to take the NG on the Top i will keep my 100%. In the org and make sure having more active units in the org. i
will implement so many new departments.
I will make the interview so complicated with more RP Rules. I will make a application for joining and i will keep it clean and no pending applications
I will keep the weekly activity's for the departments to see there activity.I will keep the seperate person to handle out the all departments and about activity
and keep the strikes for the departments
3. Your advice for improving Role play level in organization:
-New departs as i told that i will bring the new departments like bonus SOF and such departments
- Make mass recruit in a week 5 times
- NG is the Backbone of the city NG should be more stronger than other orgs i will keep more than 100% in the NG to make NG on top
- I will recruit experienced and dedicated HOD'S to every departments like AF, RR, , MP, SOF,Seals
-I will give the Nice bonuses to my soliders for activitys in the NG and attending the Events's
-From my personal experience within NG is people need to be encouraged to do things so I would implement a bonus scheme which is mainly aimed at the lower ranks like privates, specialist etc.
where they will be rewarded for doing things. This would encourage privates and everyone to attend global and generally just do their duties as they are getting some good money for it.
-Encouraging the people to work in the organisation
-Guiding the Solider;s well
-I will keep pramotion cermony on every friday
Departments which gonna be in my term
Military Police – This is a specialised division who track down on the s gun lisences and health insurance of the National Guards soldiers, they will be the “Internal Affairs” Of the National Guard,
And patrol around the militery base for suspecious persons near the Base
SOF-Specail operation Force
These Department Main goal is the to protect the base from the tresspasser's and protect the base from raid of the gangs and help the soliders in the ammo run by giving them the backup
Seals
These gonna attend the events and globals out side thge base like Hostage situvation and Store robery. we will be recrueting so much experiend and skilled in the shooting
Air Force
These department fonna do the patrol of the base in the air give information to the ground team and help them with going one place to another place
Combat Medic : Combat medic works to save, provide with revive whenever needed, support with guns and ammunitions to others in any global event or any other events,
I will make sure that there will no favourisam in my Organisation and encourage the people by giving them the bonus.i will give nice bonuses to them for gate keeping
