There is no way to get up there after the event started, i think the admin who reviewed this thread needs to read the rule again. It is clear to see in the POV that its
it's not accessible from the outside after the event started but its accessible from inside.

I want a reconsidered for this thread.

Mr. Cartier can you show me please from where I can access to this place after the events started without entering the zone?

I have seen such threads many times before. And what I know is this: The entered place needs to be accessible from both side, from inside the zone and from outside the zone after the event starts.
If you want, I can submit a lot of threads about this in here that resulted with punishments

For example: Approved - Playboy , Event rule 1.18+1.3

There was a roof spot at the theater area where the world statue is, it was accessible from inside, but it was not from outside. So they got punished.

You entered zone before event started, if you want to go to this place, enter it from event zone after it started.
Also you can not climb this place from outside​
