3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization. my advice for improving roleplay in this and every organisation is to be more serious and look deeply into all rules without ignoring any while also being fun to make the atmosphere extremely cool and serious at the same time
Departments which gonna be in my term
Military Police – This is a specialised division who track down on the gun licenses and health insurances of the National Guard soldiers, they will be the “Internal Affairs” Of the National Guard,
And patrol around the military base for suspicious guys near the Base
SOF-Special operation Force
This Department's Main goal is to protect the base from the trespassers and protect the base from gang raids and help the soldiers in the ammo run by giving them the backup
Seals
The respective NG officers in this division are going attend the events and globals out side the base like Hostage situations and Store roberies. we will be recruiting experienced shooters
Air Force
this department takes care of the aerial vehicles go on air patrols to events much needed transports etc...
Combat Medic : Combat medics work to save, provide healthcare when needed in situations, support with guns and ammunitions to others in any global event or any other events.
I will make sure that there will be no favoritism in my Organisation and encourage the respective NG officers by giving them bonuses for their hardwork .
