2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.) Dedication to the Organization
-- Since day 1 on EN2 all I wanted to do was help fix the ads department issues we had and got really involved with managing talent shows and ended up being HOD for creative and working with Melissa and Nyx in their terms for many months on end.
-- I work from home as a software engineer and have all day to manage and remain dedicated throughout while being available for members when they need me.
-- I have a serious addiction to Grand overall which helps drive my motivation in the organization to make sure things run smoothly and to turn things around once and for all with our department activity.
-- I run a 100+ member top 10 family and will be easily able to run our organization without drama, building trust in our teams, building long lasting relationships that help drive the workload (I.E. internal competitiveness to get a Grand ticket from doing ads between members, connections that help inspire creativity amongst employees etc), ensuring we have active departments and people in charge that are dedicated without regard for compensation in any form.
2.) Activity across all Departments
-- We have an incredibly active ads team now that I've dedicated a lot of time towards teaching and even some of them have become teachers as they have grown in skill tremendously and are extremely active, I will dedicate all my time now and hopefully in the beginning of my term to ensure that we have members active during all hours, especially over tsunami time and ensure we remain active as I've already started with the interview process for a few members that can cover those hours efficiently.
-- If I will become a non-temporary leader I can adjust the roles accordingly and put people in places where they will really be passionate and hard-working in all regards.
-- When people are not fulfilling their roles daily I will readjust positions and have meetings weekly to discuss the situation in departments, whether there be any difficulties or suggestions that I can assist with or give guidance on.
3.) Leadership qualities and organization experience
-- I have had around 9+ months experience in Lifeinvader, of which 6 months consisted of being high command.
-- I already know where the previous leader left off and can ensure things like templates, tickets, broadcasts, events etc remain managed on the daily.
-- I know the current inefficiencies and have the plans and dedication to get rid of those issues within our organization.
-- I already know how the leadership system works, including bonuses, managing talent shows, events, broadcasts, pausing ads etc.
-- I will ensure bonuses are given to active members every day, to further motivate the team.
-- I will consistently work on improving the organization, our roles and rank systems.
-- I will ensure we run regular events, talent shows on Sundays and connect with other organizations to collaborate and assist where needed.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- I want to do a serious revamp of our RP experience in the org as I come from a rich RP environment, I feel like we have never been a "proper organization" that feels like we are all apart of something bigger or a sort of company with cool outfits and having fun while working, so that LI feels less like a sad job to do every day. It has lacked in that regard in many ways.
- For example, having meetings in LI HQ meeting room before events and to discuss things with current members, along with interviewing new members to create a better experience for everyone.
- Having staff parties for staff members to get to know each other and build proper relationships which can help with other things like respect towards each other when correcting ad mistakes and so forth.
- Having suggestions and votes for people to drive their own ideas and feel apart of the org, not just being a member on the side.
Overall I will do everything I can to make sure we stay clear from complaints at all costs, have all the right people on board that are passionate and active with the correct mindsets in place. Hopefully you can consider me as a good fit that could turn things around and make things happen.
