noI got banned for Gen Rule 1.9 but i didnt evade the tax system as i have purchased the house and family businesses at above state value as i was aware about the rules and had also discussed the same with the admins before, and also i didnt gave any money further at all

Dear Bobby sir, I didn't know that i was not allowed to borrow money from my friend that is the same guy I am buying the house from. I don't know the all the rules that not good, but I promise to read all the rules and understand them properly please give me another chance I will never do such thing any more I have put so much effort and time into this city I'll take any other punishment but please Unban me,Thank you

Unbanned and Wiped, make sure next time not to sell any property for less than state value and if the market price is higher than state value, market price must be followed and Giving the money to the other side to buy it is also forbidden
