Hi

I've been playing this game for about a year, I've been banned for a reason I don't know, the reason is my account sharing, but I didn't share an account with anyone. I have 2 accounts on my computer, but 1 of them belongs to my brother.
the other belongs to me hasn't been in for a long time

please remove my ban I played this game for almost 1 year please help
