I was banned today for event rule 1.7, failing to provide POV of an event. Which I am guilty of, due to my Nvidia updating and turning event overlay off, I didn't notice at the time of the event, and therefor could not fix in time. It is now fixed, and I have recorded POV's from before and after the event, as I was LI leader so needed to record globals etc.
In the post against me HERE I was POV requested because I got a good start in the race. You can see in the other persons POV that I started when the timer hit zero and he was slow to start, nothing else is suspicious about the whole thing he was just questioning my start.
I was given 12 hours to provide my POV, I informed Sultan that I do not have a POV due to the issue explained above. The decision took days to make once it was being reviewed by a senior administrator, and then conveniently, 11 minutes after I stepped down from being LI leader, It was approved and I got banned. - I believe that the thread was left pending because I was leader and it was easier to keep me until the end of my term, which I completed, because there is no reason it should take so long once it starts being reviewed (by a second admin), and then be so close to me stepping down when the decision is made.
When I just went to log into the server, I have been banned for a further 7 days due to Gen Rule 5.2. I have had no discussion about this and would like to know where I had a disagreement with Vamshi, here is my conversation with him - There was no disagreement or arguement anywhere, and nothing has been explained to me about any feeling of disagreement?
