Dear admin,
I hope you are doing well. I got ban for rule 1.9 but i wasn't aware of the rule and that i cannot sell property below state value. I humbly request to unban my account and apologize for the mistake. Also will make sure not to repeat again.

Will be Unbanned and Wiped this time, Reason of the Punishment is selling a House for less than State value.
Kindly keep in mind, selling any Property for less than state value is forbidden, and if the market price is way higher than the state value, then the market price must be followed
