Hello admin team,
On November 28-29, 2022 we learned that the leaders of the organizations should be changed every 3 months.
Many players on DE-02 were shocked by this rule as this rule came very suddenly and unannounced for all of us.
Many leaders put a lot of time and effort into their leadership jobs, the leaders have put a lot of effort into training and educating their employees, whether legal or crime organizations.
This strict training of the people follows that we had very good crime and legal roleplay on DE-02 every day, e.g. E.g. the Vatos Locos often planned and carried out very good kidnappings etc.
Unfortunately, I and about 10 other people (screenshot: your statement about the posts an #hashtags in the thread) reacted to the thread (screenshot: For curator of the project - Beschwerde Alle 3 Monate Leader wechsel | Grand Role Play | Forum (gta5grand.com) on November 30th, 2022 and the #hashtags...... Copied and pasted in thread.
Speaking for the 10 people and I here (at that moment as we copied and pasted the hashtags) we were frustrated and pissed off.
We wanted to counteract their decision and steered this in exactly the wrong direction.
We all loved and enjoyed doing our jobs in the organizations, many of us put a lot of time into the organizations here every day.
Every day we put a lot of effort to increase the roleplay.
Their decision to change the rule to 3 months has of course offered other players a chance to play the position themselves.
I am aware that by posting the hashtags I broke one of their rules,
Posting in a thread is only allowed for the thread creator/admins as well as the situation.
If this is violated, the following penalties must be expected (screenshot: Forum rule for admin complaint, Writing posts unrelated to the situation is strictly prohibited),
I appeal to you to give Mazhor a second chance and lower the blacklist to a 60-day ban, we would appreciate your cooperation.
We have learned from our mistakes very well, we have lost all lifeblood, time, houses, businesses and invested real money.
I didn`t have an admin record before this blacklist ban!
A spoken word is not a sparrow, once flown you cannot catch it.
We want to continue to participate in roleplay on Grand DE-02 and increase RP, we want to participate in RP life again with our friends and family.
I hope they give us a second chance.
