2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
------->>I played in En1, En2, En3. In En1, I played as a citizen and doing just normal jobs like farming, taxi, trucker. After I stopped playing in En1 for irl works. After I joined in En2 and joined in Family, and I have experienced in illegal and state organizations (En2). I have experienced in SAHP, LSPD, NG. Now I'm ready to join as NG leader
------->> I have learned so many things and trying to learn new things. I will recruit experienced persons in this org to make better. I have some ideas to make organization better and good. And SOF or Special officers is mainly important to this org to protect base and Hostage situations and it will help to manage for heavy 10-10 situations. I will fix who getting high ranks without experience like failure to manage divisions and department, failure in using department like some people treating department as ooc and no rp and rp radio thats not correct way to use department. Finally, I will fix above reason.
------->>let's talk about ammo run. It is very important to supplying the armory to the orgs. like I'm seeing while ammo run, they are doing good but when they using ammo run trucks driving like non rp -> I will fix this also. I will give them bonuses and promotions regularly. I will try to understand them and watching them like how they are doing work and their performance.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
------>>I will recruit who active in night and day (server time). I will make two promotion Ceremony for giving promotions day and night (server time). Bcz some people not available on that time and it will be comfortable for them. I will make active departments and divisions in this organization 24/7 online.

------>>Most of the people are not following the rules like using lmgs and snipers in ng raid without giving a call. So, I will fix and improve last issue. I will recruit best soldiers and suitable for special team or special force. I will take soldiers best shooters and sniping skills who suitable for special team personally. Bcz i have experienced in SOF, SRT, SWAT...etc. Let's fix this to protect hostage from gang activities. Like i will make this divison to give quick response to heavy 10-10 or Global it will be helpful for other organizations also.
