martial law was the worse decision ever made by gov, NG is not capable of anything since they missing training. FIB and lspd was also just randomly rdming ppl before they got disbanded

Upon reviewing this evidence I have decided to accpet this report

ID 77368 , ID 7976 , ID 90461 , ID 23646 will recive punishment for General Rule 6.15

(no matter if their is martial law ,
you have to follow server Rules)

When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
