Dear Mazhor,
today I got banned for general rule 1.1 for sharing my account. To be honest, at first I was quite sceptical because event though the account I used as my twink, which I got from my friend in my early stages of my GrandRP-time, got banned for the same reason, I always thought that my main-account was secure / I never shared it. After Jackson told me the date of the sharing I looked up my password and e-mail in every possible discord-chat until I found my history with a close friend of mine at the time from the LSPD, who was supposed to pay my rent for me while I was on vacation and forgot to do so [Proof]. He then told me today, that he just logged in for like 10 minutes and then quickly went off my account after paying the rent and never logged in again, which I assume is true since I didn't got told any further dates of this kind of rule breach. Obviously I haven't thought about it for the last 5 months and now out of the blue I get banned while planning and structuring the most complex RP-situation I witnessed for myself because of some legal clashes.
I deeply apologise for this incident and can assure you, that this won't be happening ever again. I always tried to keep my behaviour within the rules when it comes to RP but also OOC things. I always tried showing my efforts to keep everything legit, which is also shown by me communicating with Vincent because I use my account myself on another device with another Rockstargames-Account and wanting to prevent anything to happen like it has happened now. [Proof] (censored IP etc.)
I understand the remaining of my ban of my so called twink, which is deserved because of the stupidity that has gone into the process, but I dont want to lose my main account and the rp-line to an incident like this, since I developed it for the past 10 months and now thought, that I was on my peak. It shouldn't have happened at all and was definitly and unquestionably my mistake. Since August I learned the server-rules further so I could accomplish my wish to be part of the admin-team, which was also fullfilled on DE04 until I left the team again.
I don't have any issue with a wipe of my money / houses etc., if I can get to continue my storyline and I take full responsibility for my actions. It was my fault to knowingly breaking the rules back then and I learned from my mistake. I hope that I'll be able to play on the server again.
