i just got banned for gen rule 1.1, and no one really got in my account before, just one day my game didnt work, and i was really confused why, and then i used vpn just to get in game as me and you (bobby) agreed in dms, i did it just to get in game, and then i just cancelled it and did f1 and reconnect to the game, anyway now im not using vpn anymore, because my game is working now, and i just realized i got banned for this.

Regarding the issue and the incident you had Correct
but that does not explain the fact of Having your account opened on 2 Different Social account.

I have only this social account, i really didnt get in different social, i tried to get maybe from epic games to the game just to see if it fix the problem i had before, but it didnt, im really sorry i know the rules and i wont ever open/get in another social in my account, im agree for money wipe for this incident.
