2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to become the leader of life invader so I can make the media in this city stronger than any other city, I want to ensure every citizen gets what the deserve. I feel I have more than what it takes to become the leader of Life Invader and I will ensure the curators and every single person nothing but the best and I can promise it.
2. I want to lead life invader to prove myself that I can do more than just being a admin/curator/HC in every org, my time throughout grand (2 years) I have experienced everything I could imagine, and now I want to lead the best organization of the city the one who keeps Los santos living and entertained. I also want to make incredible changes and setup a custom structure that will improve the future leaders of Life Invader.
3. My main focus is to lead this organization and make sure every citizen gets the entertainment they need, the pleasure of being worry free about their ads in our news room and up most respect from all employees of Life Invader, I will guarantee our ad system will be neat with little to no errors, and I will make sure that all our employees understand the working structure that will be implemented if I get nominated.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1. As a citizen, I have submitted many ads to many to even count and everytime it is delayed by the lack of employees wanting to constantly edit ads, if I get leader I will 1000000% ensure that this organization is running 100% of the time I will introduce a new structure with endless opportunities to evolve throughout the organization and make it more than a job but make it a family to all.
2. I will make a better contact system on the discord to where the services we offer are met to the top tier standard with no flaws I will ensure our employees that review these services are trained for this and can answer any question with the snap of a finger. With this I will also ensure all High Command knows these rules and answers to questions and I will make sure that they can be in city and active in the discord to answer any question.
3. For the employees I will ensure that all day ads are being edited no matter the cost, I will take the furthest step further than anyone has done to ensure the employees feel welcomed and motivated to want to work and edit ads, this will include promotions are being given our and bonuses are being given out with the maximum amount of effort. And with the server having a restart at 04:00am it is hard for our employees to get back to work and focus on ads, this won’t be a problem if I become leader and I mean it more than anything, with the help of my very good friends and people I have met at night their experience will help run the org all night aswell as me. To solve this all day constant work we will do status checks on people and hire High command who can guarantee a certain amount of time working at every hour of the day. We will do everything and we won’t say we will do this I PROMISE I will do it.
This is only the beginning of my application I have never been more serious to make an organization stronger than now, I will not let you down as I promise my skills will get the curators and citizens what they want.
