I got a perma ban from gr 1.1 due to an mistake today and I opened a forum, according to what I wrote, bobby pluxury said contact me from dm and I haven't received a reply for hours after I contacted, I need to log into the server to get the daily reward and I'll sleep soon, I sent the proofs and I'm waiting. If there is an active admin, I have been waiting for 6 hours, please reply and I will send the proofs to. Please help me my log entry will be broken due to something i didn't do

dude, i didn't sell my account to anyone, why was i banned permanently for gen rule 1.1? i was logging into my account to get my daily reward and i saw the perm was banned, please unban me dude you are making a mistake
