Life Story:
Gepna Mina, was born in Egypt, city of Suhag, and his father (Gepna Gepnaovic) was a deep cover DEA Agent in the Steve deparment, which Mina didn’t know about, until he was 15 years old.
Mina used to live with his family in a Medium house, in one the country side of Suhag, where they used to have a farm and at the weekends, Mina used to work there with his mother (Amelita Fernando) and his GrandParents.
At the year of 2020, 03 of April, Mina was having a dinner with his family after a hard day in the farm when suddenly a truck full of Gang Members approached the house and started shooting out everyone at the farm and invaded his family house, that’s when Sam Escobar came inside, grabbed Mina’s father and tied his hands in front of Mina and executed him, and Sam then told Mina “You will stay alive to prove what happens when you work with the DEA.”, he left the door and Mina was left alone with the whole family dead around him, after the police showed up at his family farm, they took Mina to an Orphanage.
After 9 months later, Mina was still traumatized and suffering the loss of his family, when he found out on the news that Sam had been executed, so Mina decided to join the Army and take revenge on the Gang remaining people, and defend other families the couldn’t defend themselves against the Gangs.
Career Story:
After 5 years serving the Army, Mina got discharged from the Army for killing the remaining Gang members and stealing their drugs and guns and selling it to a friend (Gepna ahmdovic) who was living in the Serbia, then Mina decided to leave Egypt before getting arrested for his war crimes.
At year of 2021, Hugo traveled illegal to Los Santos with help of his friend (Gepna Pusher) that he met from school and he changed his Identity to Gepna Mina, where he applied to join National Guard and served there for 7 years of service, and he continued his trafficking business during his service and never got caught.
One day, he got offered to join FIB, so Mina decided to join FIB and after 3 years of training, Mina became an FIB official Agent, and started to follow his father steps.
In the year of 2022, he got recognized for his good job and multiple employer of the year prize, he got promoted as Cheif of DEA, where he is currently.
Outcomes:
1. Mina Can torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers. (Using RP commands).
2. Mina Can let suspects go free if they're in his family and aid them in escaping.
3. Mina Can take bribes (up to 100k). -----(he dont leak info even for bribes hes loyal)---
4. Mina Can use any gun available, illegal or legal, on duty or off duty and he can pick the weapons from the ground after killing the enemy. ( No org weapons will be used for personal reasons, He will not pickup weapons in gunfight cause for personal reasons only if no one shooting ).
5. Mina Can smash and break bodycams (by using /try to find the bodycam first).
6. Mina Can go in the ghetto and be a part of any criminal activity.
7. Mina Can arrest anyone who makes trouble with him and give the person in question fake charges ( with correct RP ).
8. Mina Can can carry cuffs while offduty to arrest his offenders.
