G'day,
Richard Big here (7176).
I received a warning for "6.7 If you got killed you cannot go back in a fight for 15 minutes."
I was killed outside of the ghetto without receiving demands/5 seconds to comply. I returned to get my car, as I thought I had been improperly killed under "6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them."
My killer made no demands, nor gave RP an opportunity before killing me.
If possible, I would like to have my warning appealed. If I am misunderstanding the rule 6.15 about demands before killing, please help me understand better for future.
