Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) To Bring back the old ways
To continue the vision of great past Generals to continue and give rebirth to their legacy(Lunna Quinn - Luffy Scott - Gaur Vercetti - Jayden Riley)
I have been long enough in this org. I have seen ups and downs and I think it's time to make it great again.
2) Be there in time of need
Providing Support to the great city of Los Santos and making sure that the city and the other legal orgs are covered when the situation is rough
3) Bring people under unity for the common good and welfare of our city
When I joined National Guard for the first time, I remember we lived like a family and protected our beautiful city of Los Santos from gangs and their fear. I will try to make National Guard as it was during the great past terms.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First and foremost there will be no bro talk and such. The army will become THE ARMY. The word"sir" will be in every sentence. Everyone inside and outside the SANG will fell the reall meaning of Army as of my past i was in the military
Secondly their will be a strict personel selection of people that can speak and understand the English language and are familiar with the rules of the city.
Third and final proposition for a good RP will be a new part in our RR department that will make sure all of the units know the legislation and laws of the city .
Also an oath will be given after every massive training before recruits become privates .
If any one want to state their opinnion will have to ask for permission to speak and if they take it from their higer ranking officer they will have to first state their rank

No selfphones are allowed in the base during duty .Calls can be only made inside main barracks in the resting quarters
If a lower rank comes infront of higher ranks than his he and all persons nearbuy must salute the higest in rank and they dont salute the person but the rank .
NATIONAL GUARD OATH FOR THE STATE OF SAN ANDREAS
I, (NAME), do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of SAN ANDREAS against all enemies, foreign and domestic,that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of SAN ANDREAS and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law and regulations. So help me God*.
Rewards System
1) Every Hour of gate duty - 5k for the first 4 hours and -10k for the next 4 (gatekeeping cap 8 hours)
2) Event attendance reward - 10k for each player
3) If a Human resource trained a person - 15k each training
4) If a Human resource Took an interview - 5k for each interview
5) Each division will have their own dedicated bonus sytem
6)Every day the end of the working day will be at 02:00 AM and bonuses will be given at the base
Strike system
3 strikes and 2 verbals (verbals will be permanent )
All warning will first be filtered through my deputies before been enforced ,also on the second strike their will be 1 day of suspension from active duty and before returning back their will be an internal invastigation to know the reasons that bring the problems in the first place.
Third strike will be kick
DEPARTMENTS

1) Recruitment representatives - Under this division it is R&R's job to recruit, train and keep up the standards of the National Guard personnel as well as make sure that nothing goes wrong and rectify it if it does. The MPs also go out looking for people that have gone AWOL and bring them to military court for a hearing.

2) Air National Guard - Keeping the National Guard in the skies. Their job is to ensure our pilots are fully trained and that all personnel are combat ready to deploy by parachuting down onto targets. They provide a unique advantage by allowing quick transportation of a large group of response teams to any situation.

3) Miltary Police (MP)
The MPs also go out looking for people that have gone AWOL and bring them to military court for a hearing.Also make sure no illegal actions take place inside the ground and among the personel of the NG

4) Special forces
Under this Division is the "Combat Rescue Medics" and "Green Berets" regiments. The CRMs jobs are to ensure we are all fit and healthy, providing medical support to troops and folk in need. The Green Berets are our in house Special Operations unit which have authorization to deploy to situations where the best of the best is required to secure a scene.

5 Internal Afairs.
This department will have the task to gather evidence on all actions of units inside and outside the base including the leader and have regular meetings to asses any abnormalities regarding the actions of the NG personel .Also have meetings with FIB to find combined pahtways to fight against corruption of LEO's and public servants
