2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons)
---------->> I have experienced in en2 and en3 on state organizations. Mainly we need unity and sometimes officers will fight each other and sometimes it leads to the way of toxic. we will give respect to Leos on this org, respecting to other orgs, respecting to the citizens as well as and I will try to not be happened to this situation. I have some ideas to make run in good way of SAHP. we will do more events to boost the citizens happiness. We need protect to the state and citizens from criminal activities.
---------->>As of late I’ve seen many issues with organizations including low activity during nighttime when there are still plenty of people in the city which RP situations can be created, I want to bring back a high activity rate during all times of the day with set numbers and using those to achieve higher goals.
--------->>I'm seeing some orgs giving high ranks to who doesn't know even basic rules. They are treating department radio as chat or else communicating like rp radio. Mostly very difference between department and RP radio we can't use like rp radio. Many people don't know how to take pov and how to use properly of this shit
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
--------->>I will make good environment on SAHP and also SAHP to all organizations we make unity and making good environment with them. we will try to recruit active officers and giving promotions it depends on their hard work and active.

--------->>We will fix some special team for attending hostage situations and heavy 10-10 situation its most important and as well as prison break. We have some ideas for bringing some various departments to the city. SRT Will lead events such as Hostage situation, aircraft, Bank protection, Subs. They will also take care of Ghetto Patrols.
--------->>We will work hard and active in night shifts. while I'm seeing some orgs not active in night shifts also so, we will fix that issue. we will recruit experienced and skills people in this org.
