Family Backstory:
We all trusted member of syndicate arrived new to the city of los santos and to become someone we joined different different orgs and gained good amount of reputation in the city . after long time all members have found each other in BALLAS and decided to stay together and grow quickly .we all helped each other out in sorrow and happiness at this time we all become very knowledgeable persons of this city and decided to form family . From here on out we will stay together recruit lots of people to make this org. bigger .
Choti Baba started as new member of ballas and after certain time become very valuable member to BALLAS and because of his leadership skills and management skills He became leader of BALLAS GANG . This is the main reason why we entrusted our family leadership with him and because of his skill he will make this group more acknowledgeable through out of the city .
Family Rules
1) when doing a fam raid have POV on as I need to send proof to the admins.
2) when you done with cars please put it back in the garage.
3) if you take a uninsured car out make sure you park it in green zone and if it get stolen you pay half of the price and I’ll pay the rest of the cost
4) when you need 3 people for robbing someone always have body-cam on as they don’t attend to listen and can be reported/put on forums
5) when doing a store robbery always have 5 or more people to start it
6) when pulling people over have 4 people and 2 cars.( the cars have to be fam cars)
7) when taking part of fam events always wear fam top if you don’t have Please contact me here
8) every week on a Saturday we will be doing a store robbery and attending the event that night.
9) Toxic Behavior towards family members will result in Demotion (edited)

Rank 1: Suspended: These are members who have been newly recruited into the family, they will have to be tested if they can conduct themselves in the manner in respect to the organization’s standards
Rank 2: Associate: These are members who have stayed their minimum time within the organization without breaking rules, they help the family where needed and are called upon
Rank 3: Mobster: These are the members who are trying to improve their skill under trainer
rank 4: Security:These are ready for fam raid, events and fight in RP
rank 5: Hitman: This is for add new peoples in the fam to increase the number of members and asks rules and guide the peoples, and trained peoples for make a crime in city
Rank 6: Independent:They are like a care taker for our family house like taxes.
Rank 7: Honoraray founder:These are always ready for turf, informal.
Rank 8: President:A very trusted person who takes charge when the deputy chief isn't around himself. Everyone listens to him as he is second in Fam, and they manage our business
Rank 9: co lord: A very trust full person after Fam leader and as a high command everyone bey his commands.
Rank 10: Lord: Makes plans for the future of the family and everyone obeys orders
