Beschwerdegrund: 6.12 Belästigung von ems-Mitarbeitern

Hallo liebes Grand-Team,

ich wurde am 06.01.23 um 00:00 wegen ems Belästigung gesperrt. das ist ein großes Missverständnis. Ich arbeite auf der Insel als Polizist und hatte den Notruf entgegengenommen, dass ein Auto im Krankenhaus stand. Also bin ich mit meinem Arbeitskollegen sofort hingefahren und habe es mir angeschaut. dann wurde mit den Ems-Mitarbeitern vor Ort vereinbart, dass das Fahrzeug Versucht werden soll aus dem MD zu fahren, weil der Fahrer dass nicht selbst machen wollte. Ich finde es schade, weil dies mit den EMS-Mitarbeitern vor Ort besprochen wurde. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie das Ganze noch einmal überdenken würden. Ich war immer ein sehr respektvoller Spieler und habe mich an alle Regeln gehalten. Umso mehr tut es mir leid, dass es so passiert ist. Sollte eine ähnliche Situation noch einmal passieren, werde ich sofort einen Admin rufen und ihn die Sache klären lassen.

Ich würde mich sehr über eine positive Antwort freuen.

Reason for complaint: 6.12 Harassment of ems employees

Dear Grand-RP Team,

I was banned on 06/06/2023 at 00:00 due rule 6.12 (EMS harassment). This is a big misunderstanding. I work on the Island as a Police Officer and had accepted the emergency call that there was a car inside the Hospital. So me and my work colleague went there immediately and looked at it. Then agreed with the ems employees on site that the vehicle should be driven out of the MD because the driver didn't want to do it himself. I think it`s not fair because it was discussed with the ems personnel. I would be happy if you would reconsider the whole thing. I have always been a very respectful Player and obeyed all the rules. I'm really sorry that it happened like this. Should a similar situation happen again, I'll call an admin immediately and let him do his stuff.

i would be very happy about a positive answer.

Hallo Vincent ich weiß nicht ob ich noch befugt dazu bin ein Kommentar anzuknüpfen, falls nicht tut es mir rechtherzlich leid. Was ich Ihnen mit dem Unban Appeal übermitteln möchte ist, dass ich nicht gegen die Regel 6.12 verstoßen habe.

Es wurden von meiner Seite aus keine EMS-Mitarbeiter belästigt o.ä.

Wie bereits geschildert, wurde ich aufgrund der Fahrzeug-Sache mit dem Grund 6.12 gebannt.

Dass das Fahrzeug aus dem Krankenhaus gefahren wird war bereits wie oben geschildert mit den EMS-Mitarbeitern vor Ort abgesprochen. Leider verstehe ich deshalb nicht wieso ich auf Grund Regel 6.12 gebannt wurde

Hello Vincent, I don't know if I'm still authorized to make a comment, if not I'm really sorry. What i want to convey to you with the unban appeal is that i have not breached rule 6.12.

From my side, no EMS employees were harassed or similar.

As already described, I was banned due to the vehicle issue with the reason 6.12.

As described above, it had already been agreed with the EMS employees on site that the vehicle would be driven out of the hospital. Unfortunately I don't understand why I was banned under rule 6.12
