I am curious as to how this is PG. You can clearly see in the video, I told him I was going to place him back in handcuffs and placed him back in handcuffs as the punch he was throwing was being registered. I don't understand how under any circumstances that this is considered PG. I wasn't being knocked out or even showing any sort of hit from his punch that wasn't even thrown at me yet. Please help.

If anything the other officer is the one who PG because he took off his handcuffs while standing way away from him.

You cuffed the player while punching everyone on the cell. Fair punishment and use the correct title according to the rules.​
