1. I really really really want to be Leader of Families
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - I want to be leader of families because i was in a gangs for a long time, I have a lot experience on the illegal side of RP and also this gang was my first illegal ORG and I have a lot of respect for the gang in general.
2.2 - I want to create a friendly environment and small community in a way where we have a close tight knit bond and we have lots of respect for one another.
2.3 - I'm a natural born leader. I'm good at leading events, and that's why I want to be leader of families, this gang will be active everywhere such as ghetto and events.
2.4 - I will do a lot of fz raid, gunstore robberies, and regular store robberies so LEOs side can enjoy lots more RP too with our gang events.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - I will really make sure that the rules are known and understood by every member of my ORG If anyone will do any rulebreak it will result in kicks and blacklist.
3.2 - I will do a lot of fz raid, gunstore so there will not be amany AFK members at one time, I will have speaks with anyone I see sat AFK in HQ for long periods of time.
3.3 - This gang will take control of ghetto without any rulebreak if anyone do rulebreak this will be result in blacklist and kicks.
3.4 - Me, my deputies and hc's will only recruit people that know ALL the rules, and who will not rulebreak so this gang will be active without any rulebreaks.
My goals for Families;
- I will try to do 100% turf with my main turf runners.
- I will choose good persons for myspray team so we can do 100% spray in every hour.
- We will take control of ghetto without any rulebreaks.
And last of all this gang will respect every member so there will be no toxicity so we can enjoy a close bond with one another and build great things.
