Hello sir, I got ban for 7 days. My IC name is Guddu Pandit and my passport number is 8452.
I got 7 days ban for OOC abuse. I know I did this, but sir you don't know the whole matter. First I have to tell you about guy who put complaint. He was a fake account created to take revenge from me. Cuz he make his Forum account by name of Ayush Roi(who is deputy in my family) and the bodycam he provided is from Abhijit Maji livestream who's my family member too. Both are my real OOC friends.

At first, Ayush invite that person in family and then they were going for debt collector job. He was first killed by guy and his gun dropped. And after patch up, he requested to give his gun back. But he was not complying. And he was our family member so it's his duty to being responsible and follow commands of leader. When I came there, I thought his gun was stolen by other guy. But when he told me full, then me also give him all demand. So he didn't listen and then tried to run from that place. So I got him and killed him. All sorted, and then Ayush was going to kick him from family. But then the Guy type some bad words for me, after this I scold him and I did wrong. And he was still typing bad words for me in chat in between conversation, Cuz I he don't have access to radio.

My family rules are very simple:
1. Give respect, take respect.
2. If you take any vehicle from garage, make sure it has some fuel for next person.
3. If you are able to play more, then please do family quest for 4 hours.

All in family are OOC friends.
And the guy whom I scolded didn't know that Abhijit has any YouTube channel. It was all done either by previous guys who know me and my family members to take any kind of revenge. And in livestream, a guy also ask for "Who is Guddu Pandit?" in live chat.

Real guy who is Abhijit Maji, and his ID: 10718 whose bodycam was submitted for complaint against me.
You can match his face in both videos. And I then after I got ban, I asked Abhijit. From next time, Place your face cam on top right side. So for full case study, Admins and other have chat info, and date and time too with map.

Sir, please unban me. Cuz all I did because of bad words he type in family chat. And when he breaks first rule in family, he's then not our guy and also between my fight. When I go to kick him from family and add him in blacklist, Ayush told me that he already did this when I started and guy whom I scolded was kicked between conversation. So he didn't listed all I say. Its the guy who want to create confusion between my family members.

Please unban me sir, and you can also give me mute for some time. I am feeling sorry, but what will any guy do. When anyone abuse him.
I take this seriously, because of my name. Guddu is name given by someone special in my OOC family. So I don't like anyone to say anything against this. I am a very good guy, you can also see my other bodycams. I have been in legal orgs from the starting of my journey. I know server rules, but he go personal first. And to prove this, I don't have any bodycams. I was off duty that time. And all I arranged is from his livestream and requested his opinion.

In my channel, I have like 100+ videos about my legal org job.

I am ready for punishment, You can either give me jail for 10 hours or more and mute too. But putting ban for 7 days is not justice because both of us are wrong and how its started was not in my hands.
