Remaking this since y'all just closed my ticket after falsely responding.

As you can see in the clip provided, I never once punched anyone in this cell. The dude in jail was punching everyone in the cell and when he was mid-punch, I cuffed him. Literally, if you look in his left eye, the punch connected at the same time as I cuffed him. How is that powergamng whatsoever?
