2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I want to be the leader of Marabunta Grande because of the amazing reputation that it has I will try to get gang off the ground running and as great as possible as I can. And to be able to maintain the numbers and representation of the Marabunta Grande.
2) I would like to become marabunta leader, because I have experience as a gangster I was mostly High Command in Families and I have great experience of running a gang. And I think I was in illegal activity enough time in City 3 to a become a leader and share my knowledge and help to others citizens that want to join to as a criminal and have the best experience in Marabunta Grande
3) Lastly I will make sure I bring in the correct high command to help me as much as they can to maintain numbers and events being attended. As bringing a deputy turf leader so I can focus on other events such as Battleship and FZ Raids also. I would also amend a ranking system so friends like mines don't just join and get a higher rank than a person that has already been in the gang just because he knows me.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1) Have a stable recruitment team to ensure we have max numbers. Make sure we those who can attend night shift events and Day time Events.
2) Make sure my Gang can follow the basic rules, and also teach them
3) Be active and show up to every event.
4) Be a powerful force in the ghetto
5) Get 100% Sprays and also Turf leader if I can get the right team to help me.
6) Will try to make Marabunta Grande a respected gang within the community
