2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the leader of SAHP because I have enough experience in every legal org. Also I had a successful term in EN02 as Families leader. Also I have been playing as legal org employee for last 5 months. I have worked in both of the sides of RP as leader and deputy leader. Also I know How to negotiate and lead an event properly. I am mature and calm enough to do any kind of action as a leader.
I have supportive families and homies to help me to run term if I get the leadership. I will have at least 15- 30 people in SAHP before my freeze ends. I will always have a good relationship with every organization. I will have my high command and every member active for at least 4 hours a day.
I will have my own plans for every event and situation and all of my units will attend to eveIry single situation. Also, my org will be the most active org in the city. I will have my Hr's available 24/7 to train recruits.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
First of all, The state orgs should be realistic. So I will fic the rank system, Because the current rank system is not realistic at all. I will add some new departments in my org working 24/7. Here is a short explanation of the all departments.
There is the Parking Enforcement department tasked at towing and placing tickets on all illegally parked vehicles making sure they do not crowd the San Andreas anymore. The department is one of the important part of SAHP and the city.
There will be a S.W.A.T department that will respond to Global first. And they will take lead in every 10-10 situations from sahp. This department will be the group of the most sharpshooters of the SAHP. Also, the S.W.A.T department will have the right to carry Heavy firearms.
There will be an H.R Department their main work will be to hire new people and give them training., This is one of the most important departments of SAHP.
There will be a department named AC = Air COP which will have the right to use Air transport in SAHP. They will help S.W.A.T. to Jump in Battle with the help of helis and cargo bob. They will be the best pilots of sahp
At last I will have a detective department. Who will collect evidences for FIB and will help to raid gangs
Also a punishment system:
1 strike = verbal warning
2 strike = demotion
3 strikes will be = Kick/ Blacklist
