Approved - Stalling, fail RP, power gaming | ID 14078

First he was talking while we was unconscious then was stalling and I also think that he called for back-up while having guns pointed on him. After that he tried to run away multiple times with guns pointed on him. I believe he broke multiple rules. If possible, I want to see his pov for this...

Yesterday I reported this individual( ID 14078) for fail rp, stalling, power gaming. In action to my report, he only got demorgan and in the pov it can be clearly seen that he has been found making fun of Indian accent and OOC insult. I am just confused that he only received demorgan but several times I have seen that people are getting warning and blocks for such behavior. But I am just curious to know that same behavior took place from this individual but in action to it, he received only demorgan. So what is the actual punishment for such behavior.
