Life Story: Lily was born in New York into a working class family as the youngest child in a family of 5 siblings. Her parents were never around the house due to them always working but they made sure lily and her siblings were taken care of. Lily didn't see it that way and when she turned 14 she left home and went to go and live with one of her friends in the hood area of New York, there whilst living in the ghetto Lily had made a name of herself by selling drugs and robbing houses in the ghetto. Even though lily was having fun and making money she had gained a lot of enemies that wanted her to suffer. One day Lily turns on then news and see's that all of her family was murdered by one of her rivals. After finding out there was people hunting her down and that they were not going to stop at any turn to get to her, Lily decided to take a plane to Los Santos. On her arrival to Los Santos she found herself without any knowledge of anything inside this massive city. Lily decided to go and start doing what she was best at, Selling Drugs and robbing people to get by. After a couple of years of selling drugs and robbing, she decided that she would need to join a gang to move around more safely. Within the year of her dealing in the ghetto she had met some friends, that were frequent buyers. Those Friends all were in the Vagos Street Gang, Lily had asked to join Vaogs with them and they said that they would try and get them in but the leader was strict on who to let in. Her friends were able to get her in and she started making even more money, she began to gain trust and build a bond with the vagos leader, Then one day the vagos leader was killed and lily didn't want to stay in vagos due to the fact that one of her rivals had taken over vagos. Once again lily had no-where to go so she decided to test her luck in the LSPD academy.
Career Story: Lily, didn't want to leave Vagos behind but she had to or else she would end up just like the old Vagos leader. Lily went to lspd a couple days after the current leader of vagos was chosen. There she had met the current leader of LSPD Sam Shepherd there whilst looking for a application. She had started a conversation with him and they began to talk for hours. Lily had told Sam about her background and he made a deal with her that if she stayed away from the ghetto he would let her into the LSPD force. She agreed with these terms and started her career in LSPD. After working in LSPD for over 2 years she managed to gain Sam's trust and became his right hand in LSPD. After being in LSPD for so long she noticed all the corrupt things officers were doing and she wanted to get involved but she didn't want to break Sam's one condition, so she had gotten one of her old friends phone number and decided to meet up with him and talk some things out. After talking with him she decided that she was going to go into ghetto and start hanging around Vagos again but would stay in LSPD, making sure Sam didn't find out.
Outcomes:
1- Lily can rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends from connections within Vagos
2- Lily has a very serious anxiety issue, which she need to take a form of drug to calm her nerves
3- Lily is biased towards family members and can turn a blind eye
4- Lily can take bribes (up to 100k)
5- Lily can take contracts to escape prison
6- Lily can torture suspects to gain evidence.
7- Lily can participate in family activities, ect. Burger Shop (Drug Lab) (Not going against LEOs)
8- Lily can go on undercover operations to gain evidence on familys and gangs
9- Lily can use truth serum on suspects to gain evidence
10- Lily can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show her id to any suspect
