I want to be the Leader of Families, and I truly believe that I am the best fit leader. In Highschool and College currently I am/ was top of my leadership courses.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - I want to show my leadership skills in RP and prove to all my doubters that I am actually the best leader and I am a damn good criminal too so it only makes sense.
2.2 - I want to continue a great, respectful community in the Families and also continue bringing people together while also respecting all of the rules as well.
2.3 - I know how to run events and when they start I am very active and communicative on Discord and I really just want to build something great.
2.4 - I will bring much to offer on the illegal and legal side of RP as well with many events ran and many very active members too.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - I will encourage people to want to be respectful and have fun when they are in the Org and I make sure any rulebreaks will be taken seriously.
3.2 - I will start a reward system based on activity and also for good behavior ass well for the members that are being good role models for the Org.
3.3 -I will make sure ALL of my HCs and other leader in my Family will understand my needs and wants as a leader clearly and will ask for communication back from everyone in the Org as well.
4. What are your goals as leader of the Families?
4.1 I will have dedicated people for gang activities such as taking turfs and also people dedicated to certain gang events.
4.2 I will have plenty of people spraying around the ghetto to make lots of money for gang bonuses for each member.
4.3 With me as leader of the Families I guarantee we will run ghetto all over the city as much as we possibly can we will be very active and very respectful of all of the rules.
