Dear Mazhor,
First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for taking the time to review this ban appeal. This appeal is being made on behalf of Hauckyyy Xeno | 24939, whose forum account has been banned due to an alleged aimbot cheating offense.
The situation is that Hauckyyy Xeno was banned without the opportunity to undergo a PC check, despite waiting for a period of three hours and being willing to undergo one at any time. This is particularly troubling, as Hauckyyy Xeno has previously undergone PC checks on Server 1 and has always been found to be legitimate.
We are deeply saddened by this ban and the circumstances surrounding it, especially since our family has always played fairly on the Grand RP Server DE04. We understand that cheating is not tolerated and we fully support efforts to maintain the integrity of the game. However, we strongly believe that Hauckyyy Xeno has been wrongly accused and banned without sufficient evidence.
Therefore, we respectfully request that you review the situation, including the available perspective (POV) footage, and consider issuing a reconsideration of the ban. We are confident that a thorough review will demonstrate Hauckyyy Xeno's innocence and allow him to return to the server and continue enjoying the game with our family.
