2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
After working my way up from Cadet up to captain of police in previous terms I feel that my experience in correct LSPD policies and procedures would allow me to properly command a superior unit of officers that will respect all organisations.
LSPD has been part of the core State Orgs that are needed to protect the people of the city. I want to help make the city safer. I have led Organizations in the past and That makes me qualified to Lead and try to make LSPD the best Org in the city.
I have spent time in LSPD in Different cities and I have learned about how important LSPD is and the people that you can mentor to become the next leader. I want to keep making sure that I am recruiting and actively training new and improved players.
I have been playing RP since early 2021. I was previously in Five-M and I moved to grand. There is so much potential when it comes to LSPD, It just needs to be unlocked and the team needs to be informed about the changes and bring everyone closer together because we are all one family.
I watched the leaders before me closely and see what the mistakes and what the benefits with the orders they take , as a result i have encountered many Situations to make me prepared to be the next leader of LSPD as i will make sure their will be no violations from LSPD side also i have started from a cadet and gained my way up to deputy chief.
and i have experience of all departments !!!

I will make sure we have enough units for every situation LSPD is required for. I will make sure there is atlest two HC available at all the time to lead, manage and respond . I will the department from other ORG are responded no matter the time . I will make sure we have more than 10 to 12 units at Important situations E.g- Store robberies. I will make sure we have more than 5 to 7 units active to tow cars and give fines for illegal parking and all . I will look after each and every department Within LSPD and make sure everything is running smoothly . If we require more Units we will do mass recruitments and mass trainings to make sure we always have good numbers and maintain the quality of RP and make sure no one make any mistakes.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I would first create an in-depth training program that will help train new players and keep the level of RP very high. This training program I would teach this to all HR so that we can implement this as quickly as possible into the Org to help new players learn the rules. This training system will also make it so these officers are put in rule-break scenarios so they will know what they can and can't due.
I personally will have a meeting with the other Legal Org Heads so that we can implement a program where all orgs will work together to create a new way of doing things. This will help when it comes to people wanting to transfer to other orgs. they will already know what to expect. At the end of the day, we are all one family trying to keep the city safe. I want to restore being a Law Enforcement Officer, once again the highest Honor.
My advice would be to make sure that all officers are wearing professional uniform, Making sure that LSPD looks its best when they are attending events and out on patrol. All government legislation is followed including correct Department of Corrections procedures like mugshot and change the flow in which our officers process suspects to allow correct roleplay from the moment they are put in cuffs to the moment they are put in their jumpsuits.
All vehicles will be correctly managed officers on patrol using marked vehicles and making sure that our Prescence is known within the city and not using sports cars for their patrols.
Radios will be used correctly and professionally all radio calls are clear and concise and not to use this as a way of having a conversation like I have seen in most organisations.
The ranking structure would need to be adjusted to make sure there are correct divisions within the department. SWAT/Detective being an active and vital part of the organisation. But making sure that when they are not on events/operations that they are wearing patrol uniform.
1) Planning RP scenario- Planning different RP scenes by communicating with other ORG leaders and increasing special RP other than basic RP and general RP.
3.2) Knowledge of server rules- To increase RP and good activity of this particular ORG all members of the ORG should be aware of each server rules and to do so FTD will be forced to do so and for not following, They will face consequences from IA.
3.3) Maintaining Good relations with other ORG leader- Maintaining relationship with other ORG leader is important so RP can be increased instead of having conflicts with each other this will make a healthy and positive relation as will are all a big and happy family.
3.4) Helping everyone when its needed : We will provide support for every ORG whenever they need our assistance for E.g : ammo runs , Medruns , units for BGC for EMS open recruitments and so on to maintain high quality RP.
I WILL ALSO MAKE SURE THESE FOLLOWING THINGS HAPPEN
1- Every unit has to have the knowledge of the state legislation.
2-Performing joint training with other leos to improve skills .
3- Making sure there is no favoritism in the org they have to work for there ranks.
4- Making sure we have stable communications with other LEOS.
