2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) i would like to be the leader of LSPD because ive always been in LSPD in all cities i played in and 90% of my time in RP life was in LSPD. I also love LSPD and know every little detail about it and know what to do and avoid. And the last reason why i would like to be a leader of LSPD is because it fits well with my strengths which are hardworking , smart and incredible at communication
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
1- I will personally thrive to be very active and push my colleagues in LSPD to do the same and work hard and serious
2- I will be giving ranks depending on who deserves it and who doesnt no favoritism for friends .
3- I will give out strikes without thinking twice if someone does something wrong , what i learned from the last 2 lspd disbands that everyone should be more in control of their officers let them be disciplined , give them more orders , be a true leader.
4-I will be giving top notch bonuses to let everyone work hard and be rewarded for it
5- I will make sure we always have big active numbers which i didnt see last term , which means i will be focusing on recruiting serious and active officers
6- I will implement a new system in LSPD which will help everyone train their shooting skills in a shooting range
7- I will be introducing new LSPD only events which will help them have fun after their hard work and rewarded at the same time, of course this will only happen if everything goes as planned and great during a day! Note: it will be like a small party after subs if everything goes good ill also be giving bonuses there!

The LSPD departments will be the following:
1- I.A ( Internal affairs) : Internal affairs will be in charge of checking logs , requesting body cam proofs , issuing strikes to officers and interviewing/recruiting police officers
2- FTD (Field Training Department) : Officers in the FTD will be in charge of interviewing/recruiting police officers, review applications for LSPD , Train Cadets and rookies , and keep an eye on everyone to avoid both major and minor mistakes , they will be keeping eye out on officers to let them do better and help them aswell
3- S.W.A.T : S.W.A.T officers will be LSPD's firepower as they are allowed to use heavy weapons they will be our main element of success in gang raids, special missions , subs so on and so on
4- Detectives : Detectives will be the ones that go for undercover patrols together , bust wanted criminals , search for cannabis growing locations and collect evidences
5- Parking Enforcement : Parking Enforcement officers will take care of towing and issuing fines on patrol, they will also be taking care of every single officer in LSPD to let them do the right work and not ignore towing and patroling
6- NOTE: this isnt a department but its worth mentioning. Air force rank will be given as a role to officers that are allowed to use Choppers
