because about 2 minutes before this incident, a couple of kids named Shawty are spamming a question mark in the Club Chat again in the same way, and our admin Zessy is only giving a penalty to one of the Shawties from there again. I was surprised that she only punished 1 person from the shawties in his action here and also punished other non-shawty members, especially my family members. to be honest. In my Opinion it's very clear that the official Named Zessy is obviously afraid to throw a mute to his friends or did she just overlooked it? I would like to get a explanation for this.

As admins, we are dealing with multiple situations in the same time so basically whenever you see there is off-topic in club chat you can leave a ticket to have an admin having a look into it.​
