2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) I would love to be the leader of LSPD because #1 I have lots of experience in the LSPD and I feel like that could benefit us in the organization. #2 I am very fluent in English it is my main language. #3 I am an amazing listener and I love to hear what people have to say. #4 I treat everyone with respect and I will not let anyone not into the organization because of something they maybe did in the past because this would be my term not there’s.

Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization. #1 I feel like we could be more clear when saying what we will be doing when arresting or etc. #2 I feel like we could do weekly check ups so that I can guarantee that we will have a very high level of Role play in this organization. #3 I would like to do group trainings that are intense that could determine if the agents are good enough for this job.
In conclusion I would love this opportunity to become the leader of Los santos police department and I will guarantee that this term or term’s will be the best terms in LSPD ever.
