Why should you unban me?

I have absolutely no clue what happened, I did not do anything wrong with my account, I was even inactive for a couple of days and saw today, that I have a perma ban from January 2nd.

I am well known with the server rules and I give my best to always behave correctly.
I really think this must have been a mistake, which can happen, otherwise please be so kind and explain me what happened.

I am enjoying GrandRP since September 2021 and I would appreciate it a lot if you could unban my account.
