2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Love
. I have always loved national guard, and considered it as my true home. I have met new people there, and it was faction i joined when i arrived to city, and I want to pass this to new people, and make them love National guard as their first organization, Just like i did.

Experience. I have lot of experience from national guard, and i want to pass this to future generations, so they can continue legacy, and run NG effectively after my time.

Traditions. There are certain things, that I want to upkeep. They havent been treated the way i have wanted, but new chance for them would come trough leadership. I value that people are treated fairly, and they are given attenttion they need, cause when i first time joined national guard, i got it a lot myself, and that was partial reason why i stayed, and started caring deeply about people. I want to shot this care to employees of NG so they also will stay, and continue doing this to others.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Organization RP is good as leaders RP and examples are. I consider myself as heavy RP person, and i take great passion for it. Leader should lead organization, but he also should lead RP within organization and make new ways to evolve it, and guide new and old people to it.

Advices:
RP Ceremonies, Marches, Morning and evening opening, USO shows and more positive group activities.
Battalion, group and unit systems, for introducing people to each other.
Positive evaluations and extensive programs for new and old people to make them seen and heard, and track any problems.
Unique situations, and positive RP development on community
Speciality classes, and skills that can be aquired during service, including civilian service and much more
Soldier entertainment and group development during off duty activity, and maintanance of troops, mentally and physically, sponsored and by voluntary work.

Can be a great choice , made ng great now time to do it again.
