Hi, I would like to appeal my ban please for General rule 1.9. I bought a car for 6 sets of luminous wheels, worth more than the state value, but I have since been told that trades don't count and I had to buy the car for state value. Please can my ban be reconsidered to maybe a money wipe please, now I know in future to only buy/sell for state value or more.

2. sell the car for less than 50% state value
