2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 -> i want to be leader of MRPD because I want to help the legal organisations with crime in the city so gangs can benefit from our citizens, as being ex fib and lspd deputy I have what it takes to be a leader of an organisation, I think I’m a perfect fit IQ’s lspd cheif because i am very fast learner and very respectful towards others and good communication, as being a leader I think that you need to be on duty for a least 3+ hours to assist your officers and citizens if they have any problems towards the organisation, have conflicts between officers and to be in another RP project and to follow all state rules
2 -> i think the leaders job to get good activity in a ORG you need to build a very good HR team and IA team to stick together to make LSPD the best so there’s no inactivity in the org we will be making 3 recruitment drives to have maximum PPL at events ( 40 ). I will make a new department called global patrolling team so they attend all events and patrol at all times and they can give ideas for global events to the leader.
3 -> as being in a lot or terms in legal organisations I have seen that state organisation leaders make a lot of mistakes so I want to approve my term and not do the same mistakes as they did, I want to make my term the best so members have the most fun out of it I will do 3 ghetto patrols and do every day a city patrol ( not in ghetto ) so we see if there is any criminal activities, and I will do very often bonuses and promotions to the officers so we know that they deserve that, I will do that there will be a employee of the month that they get 150k during the promotion ceremony.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1 -> i will do more RP commands like /looks for huck and try to attach to the bumper of the car, example so cops have more rp in the city
2 -> i want to make a better ranking system so it’s more realistic and more professional.
3 -> i will implement a new system that makes the org not have un activity I will make a task for every rank so that they can keep there position or approve there position if they don’t complete this task end of the week they will get striked or demoted it depends how bad it is.
