1.Leader of LSPD
2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.A All of my LEO experience stems from LSPD, where I began working in May 2022, worked very hard, and was always "the best employee," and within fewer over 4 weeks of work I got high command, worked very hard, and then I was chosen as temporary chief, and I got Chief of Police in English 3 and did a really good job.
2.B. Based on my experience in Los Santos Police Department, I’m familiar with many departments, and some of them aren’t really necessarily, so meaning of this, I do know what is actually needed, the departments that are necessarily for LSPD:
1.FTO:They’ll be holding interviews for all the citizens that are willing to come and join the police department.
2.Internal Affairs: They’ll investigate everything, making sure that all our employees are perfectly working and they’re working right.
3.S.W.A.T: The LSPD intends these units to do a lot for the country; they will prioritize robberies and bandits and train the entire LSPD on how to deal with crises.
4.Detectives: Their main task will be to gather as much evidence as possible to apprehend those who attempt to make the city dangerous and difficult to live in, and they will function properly with the F.I.B.
5.Parking Enforcement: Parking enforcement will not be a department in this term due to a lack of towers, so it will be everyone's responsibility to complete at least 25 tows per week.
2.C. Los Santos will require a leader who is dedicated to establishing a solid foundation for LSPD. I am well-versed in how to navigate this difficult impending journey, having hours of experience and even more hours spent educating others in the field.
3.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization?
As I've learned from prior experience, I won't let anybody into LSPD unless they earn a filled mark in a question and answer session, I'll make certain that everyone understands the rules, and I'll make sure the interview gets harder with each rank, to ensure that at the end I don't have any high commands, but that I do have one of the best high commands teams on the English 3 server, and officers will be punished for making any minor mistakes, punishments will range from verbal warning to suspension.
