Rejected CR + using personal cars for debt collector

I was driving in the ghetto these guys started ramming me trying to take my debt in personal cars, as you can see someone came by to address it at the end and suggested this would be a better place as he hadn't seen the whole situation. It is also in POV they had never given demands as claimed.

It seems some IDs were cut off but the ID 130k was a friend of mine he is okay.
