So, vouching for someone in a leadership application is now forbidden? How is this even a thing? I named the guy : Cool guy! And get warned?

Please reconsidder this warning. I think it's a little bit weird that someone would get a warning for this.

yes any off topic can lead to forum warning, vouching will not help the player get the leadership and has no purpose.
