2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
● First off i would like to have the chance of being an LSPD leader specifically because i believe i will affect the organization positively considering that i worked with and under a lot of honorable PD high commands and over the time i have built my overall skills of being a law enforcement officer by asking, watching and learning from them, so for me personally having a chance to be chief of PD is holding a promise to give the maximum potential an organization could get and also valuing this position by actually giving interest and work time setting up everything relates to this organization
● LSPD can pass in two ways either chaotic and lack of organizing in divisions or departments and also lack in communication between the members of it and the other way is smooth and clean and this is the way i want it to pass through so one of my goals would be looking after those divisions such as the field training & recruitment department, internal affairs, Special weapons and tactics (S.W.A.T) by looking after them i mean trying my best to make them work effectively and let everyone including other organizations feel their presence because its part of a good quality roleplay
● Achieving a successful term and ensuring a comfortable, good working environment for every individual who is participating in improving this amazing department is by definitely choosing the right and deserving high command team that is willing to grow and lead LSPD into a good and healthy condition along with me as a leader

Bike Patrol: They are going to be a group of 3 people who will patrol on bikes
Dectives: To do case files from evidences
PE: to make sure that no one park their cars on wrong place
UC: to get evidence from ghetto
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in the organization :
Roleplay !! Thanks to Grand rp including the amazing developer team , we are provided with many variations of roleplay functions that help us and the players to have a great and fun experience playing your characters but the question is, are you willing to use and utilize them properly to make a good example to others and actually have clean and smooth scenes without rule breaking ? that’s what i will try to achieve with the help of great people like you and members that I served with
Arresting procedures: For this RP situation i will make sure the members of LSPD follow the proper arresting procedure from the moment of approaching a crime scene until the end of it which can eventually finish with multiple results like courtroom cases or the suspect being freed or whatever the scene leads to ( its roleplay and you must handle the consequences you get into ) with that being said my point is handling and passing these situations without rules getting broken like: mixing - metagaming - power gaming - non RP driving while escorting suspect..etc )
Communication: Its absolutely no good for everyone if there’s a lack of communication between members of the organization especially the leader, every single person that is considered a certified member of LSPD should have a fair chance of talking and having a good relationship with the high-command team and of course the leader too…
