Liam growing up only had 1 father and no mother, his father would push him to go outside and learn about the city to gain street smarts. Liam's father was a criminal but a horrible one at that. He would attempt to rob People and LEO's But fail miserably resulting in being convicted for his crimes. After Liam Saw this he became disgusted with his fathers actions and disappeared until his father came out of prison. The Same day His Father Founded the "Ballas'' Street gang. On the first day he was recruiting members and saw his own son. He was wearing full blue when he realized what that meant it was too late and he had been shot and assassinated.

Starting adulthood:
When Liam Finally Turned 21 in December of 1968 he stood down and quit being the Deputy Leader of The Marabunta street gang. On his Last day the gangsters respected him so much They did not even think about killing him for "Betraying" The gang like they did with many others. Once he walked out of the marabunta HQ Jobless He decided to put his feet down to start a new better life.
Joining a legal organization:
After clearing his name in shady business deals he met a kind man named Elon Moose who he managed to forge documents to about being The EX General of NG and being The EX Chief of Police, So When Elon was elected as sheriff in the annual sheriff's election Liam asked him To be his UnderSheriff, Elon reluctantly agreed. After this Liam started working a good legal job as the undersheriff, but he got bored. That's when his evil thoughts of corruption, deception, lying and terrorism were released. After this event Liam Has developed an addiction to being a criminal and started fighting with 2 alter egos, after 1 of them took over his mind completely he once again takes on a life full of corruption and crime.
Outcomes:
1 - As A result of Liams experience in crimes and state he learned how to drive any 4 seater and SUV Vehicles off road (No Non RP Driving)
-5 Liam wants to support the marabunta grande and supply them with money so he will take bribes (Up to 100k)
-6 Liam Will Release any detainees who are his friends or from the marabunta street gang and if they are the “OGS” Of the gang.
-7 Liam Can volunteer to be a hostage as long as he gets a cut of the money
-8 Liam loves killing in the ghettos of the city so he will go there and kill people off duty
