Why do I want to be the leader of this specific organization?
1. I have been playing for a long time and have gained a lot of experience on the server and want to take advantage of my experience and use it as the leader of this organization
2 . To help develop this organization and new members and help them get to a good level in events, and because I've seen many members play with no experience, I don't want these talents to go to waste.
3. I want to raise the name of Marbunta throughout the city and present it as a powerful gang that controls the ghetto, and I am ready to support this organization with everything (time, effort and members).
4 . Exploiting my experience in leadership because I was the leader of a big family in en 1 and currently in en 3 and I know how to deal with members .
My advice to improve the level of role-playing in the organization :
a. 1st violations of Rules should not be tolerated. 2nd a warning will be given and sometimes expulsion directly, according to the mistake that the person commits. There are laws that must not be broken, and their punishment reaches the black list.
b . A serious interview will be held for the person who wants to enter the organization, and it will not be tolerated, and it must be well ensured that this person knows the laws well and knows how things work here. New members will be helped, explaining all things and helping them step by step to gain experience
c . Each person will be given the rank he deserves and put in his appropriate place. There are those responsible for the events and the turf. "Everyone is in his proper place."
