2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I believe honor is the most important core value of the Army National Guard because it represents how we conduct ourselves as members of the military, but also as citizens in our communities. Honor means being honest, trustworthy and respectful at all times. It shows respect for others, which is a quality I have always valued
2. I have a passion for making sure my units are happy with their experience. I always try to go above and beyond what is expected of me, whether it’s providing additional information or offering to help them find something else they might need.
3. I am confident I would be an excellent addition to the team because of my leadership abilities. Throughout my career, I have been in charge of many projects and teams. In these roles, I learned how to motivate others and delegate tasks effectively. These skills are directly applicable to this role, which is why I feel confident I can succeed.
4. Teamwork is one of the most important skills I learned during my time in the National Guard. It’s vital to work together as a unit, especially when completing missions. When I was on active duty, we had to complete many different tasks as a group. For example, we would have to communicate with each other about our positions while under fire. We also needed to rely on each other to accomplish our goals. So for that i need to improve the teamwork between the units
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1.I would make sure that i have active people. Each day they need to play at least 5 hours. If they cannot play that day they should inform us on the e-mail.
2. Also will do mass recruitment 3 times every day (One at the morning and one at the afternoon and one at the midnight) to make sure that I can be confident that I can cover the city at all times and prove the effectiveness of the organization.
3. I will also teach all members of the organization their respect for each other and their respect for other organizations and to maintain communication and intertwining between us
4. Improve the level of the organization, is to IC more realistic as possible in every situation, starting by the clothing to the activities in field, i also planning to open different divisions to give the people more different interaction and responsibility in the field battles and the opportunity to them feel the importance of any division on the daily activities.
5. National Guard soldiers needs to get a proper training and know all the rules, I'll make sure everything goes as planned and proper time to time trainings and meetings to improve the roleplay while following all the rules
three shifts:
from 12:00 to 22:00
every shift is for 4 hours :
bonus for every completed shift every soldier will recieve a bonus of 30,000$
and for every overtime he will recieve 9,000$ for every hour

five units at the south gate
five units at the North gate
four units petrolling the base
the ranks for the shifts will be as :
1 HC as Major { patrolling }
1 HC as captain { patrolling }
1 co as command sergeant { patrolling }
2 NCO as platoon sergeant { each one on a gate }
5 NCO as pravite ---> sergeant first class { Gates keeping }
2 MP units ( patrolling or each one on a gate )
2 Medic units ( each one on a gate )

for every ammo run every unit that did it will get 8,000$
there will be a schedule for the ammo run as a unique department for it
squad will be as :
1 unit as Major
1 unit as captain
6 units as specialist --->sergeant first class
with the SASD department protection (they are not allowed to go on Ammo run if the SASD isn't around )
and for every ammo run that is requested from any other department they must take an appoitment before 2 hours ( in game hours )

every night there will be a shooting training and a team work training for the units
the training will be every 10 man squad from every shift will be competing for a chance to win 100,000$
in this training we will wittness the shooting ability and the team work between the soldiers
and also every day there will be two trainings on how to handle any situation that the unit will face

the SASD will be of a 10 elite soldiers ready for any global or any traspasser on base and for patrolling around the city and the base or for the governor if he need us
the SASD must patroll around the base two times every hour .

for every shift there will be two MP ready for searching the soldiers and checking there clothes and there cars and there logs ...

we will make sure that everyone will follow the rules of any event or ghetto patroll or any event
