Dear Adham Ever since I've been playing, I've always been attending events, getting POVs and nothing wrong so far but at an event I thought was the first time I got a POV, I didn't and got a 30 day ban. So I'm really sorry for what happened to me because I love this game. I didn't think something like this would happen, I hope my ban is lifted and I can get back to the game. I'm sorry for everything
