2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


1-> I want to be the National Guard leader because i want to help all legal orgs with events and to protect citizens from gang activity, as being ex-deputy of fib and lspd i think that ng base needs alot of activity in south gate and north gate and the center of NG base so the base is protected by any gangs trying to raid the ng base to take any harm on NG officers, if you are the ng leader i think that you need to train your officers very well because there is alot of crime in the city so they need to get trained in the ng arena everyday, jog around the ng base to improve your strength in events and in NG raid or ammo runs.


2 -> if i get the position as general i will make sure that the gates are always occupied with at least 2 to 4 units to protect forom bandits to enter and always active units patroling in the base and out the base to make sure that no bandits harm the officers and PPL. i think if you are a leader of a org you need to respect everyone and have atleast 2+ hours on duty helping everyone if there is problems.as being a lot of terms with leader and sayng what NG leaders did wrong i will not do the same mistakes that they did in my term so i dont get verbals and warnings. and i will only recruit PPL that know the state rules and simple rules because i dont want verbal or warning for they’r mistake.


3 -> as being ex hod or hr, I always think that having the best HR team is the best because you need to have members in the organisation to protect the citizens from any PPL or Bandits harming our officers, the hr team will show you how to do logs and how to go on duty or how to do easy rp commands to have no officers in trouble, I will make a new system that there is the officer or the week that they get 150+ for they’re hard work ( job of the leader or deputy to give it to , and I will make a new system that I did introduce in my over application but I will tell you again there is a task that a officer needs to complete each week to get promoted or demoted or just keep the rank Example : 1. 30hr on duty 2. Attend 5 events 3. Arrest 3 PPL, this will prevent that there is any inactive officers in the org, I will make the department of special force that they will jog around the ng base each day to develop strength and they


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.


1-> more rp commands, so there is more rp like /me takes weapons and body armour with bodycam already attached on it to go on duty.
Or they can be when going through the metal detectors you do /do slides id in the insert ping to give him the green light. Some thing like that that make cops do more rp.


2-> more RP stuff and situations, like the special force department does a jog every day and make their backpacks heavy and jog around the ng base to develop strength so in barrels they won’t die as quick, and the Air Force department can get a plane and fly up the sky and try to land at the barracks who wins gets a little bonus, and patrol the high way and out of city.


3-> I will add 3 systems that will improve the rp, the first is the ranking system I will make it more professional and special.
The second I will make that each week there’s officer of the week that they get 150k or more depends what senior curator this will prevent any unattractive PPL in the org because officers want to get that massive bonus money.
Third that is raking task a officer needs to complete this task each week if he fails he will get demoted and if I does more that he need to do he will get promoted.


4-> I want that the HR&T team will focus on training and inviting PPL because I don’t want rule breakers or unprofessional PPL in the org getting warning for stupid things fo I want my HR&T do their best job at training PPL to know to respect the law and know how to simple things as a LEO officer.
